For a UK Ltd company to join the CK Platform we will need:
- Proof of Identity (POI)
- Proof of Address (POA) for shareholders owning 25% or more.
- Explanation of the transfer purpose and their intended utilisation of our services.
- Clear depiction of the flow of funds.
- Recent bank statement.
- Multiple users can be added to a client account with varying levels of authority this will need to be signed off at Director level.
Onboarding usually takes no longer than 48 hours, however in most cases it is much faster.
